How does the 2-3 business day dispatch work?
All products arepre-filled and sitting in our warehouse right now.When you order, we dispatch within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Traditional suppliers take 7-14 days because they make products after you order. We're faster because everything is already made and ready to ship.
Can I customize formulas or packaging?
No, and that's what keeps us fast! Custom formulations add weeks to turnaround. Our products useproven, stability-tested formulasthat arrive unlabelled. You apply your own branding with our free Canva templates. This gives you speed and complete control over your brand identity.
What about labels and batch information?
Products arrive unlabelled with abatch slipshowing batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry. You apply your labels (we provide free templates) and reference the batch info. This way you control timing, branding, and your launch schedule.
What's the minimum order?
10 units per product.You can mix products in one order. No lock-in contracts. Test the market smart before scaling up.
