Dispatch Timeframe
All orders are dispatched within 4 business days from our warehouse in Epping, VIC 3076. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are prioritised for same-day processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $500 AUD (excluding GST) to Australian addresses.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have specific international requirements.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
